Services

Four fields of work. Surveying comes first, and the rest rests on it.

Where Bousla stands out

Your survey partner for steel structures

Steel is unforgiving. A base plate two centimetres out keeps the column off its axis, and formwork that leans loads members in ways nobody designed for. Bousla’s role therefore begins before the steel reaches the site.

The company surveys the existing site and prepares the topographic drawings the design engineer builds his study on, then remains on site to the end: setting out axes, marking foundations and columns, fixing base plate positions, and holding survey control through the concrete pours and the erection.

This work includes the pilgrims’ hall hangar at Damascus International Airport, the expansion of a steel facility in Al-Kiswah, and steel floors added above existing buildings in Aleppo and the Idlib countryside.

Surveying and topographic services

The widest field of the company’s work, and the first step on every project it joins.

  • Topographic surveys of land and sites.
  • Preparation of survey and detailed mapping.
  • Levelling works, elevation and quantity calculations.
  • Survey studies supporting infrastructure and construction projects.
  • As-built surveys, axis setting out and marking of foundations and columns.
02

General contracting

Execution to approved drawings and specifications.

  • Construction of residential, service and commercial buildings to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Road projects, water mains and sewage systems.
  • Excavation, levelling and site preparation works.
03

Restoration and rehabilitation

Bringing damaged buildings back into service on a decision grounded in measurement, not in a look.

A damaged building cannot be judged from its façade. Before any restoration decision, Bousla surveys the affected structure as it stands and records its deviations and levels. What must be strengthened, what must be replaced, and what can be used as it is then become visible. That spares the owner demolition that was never necessary, and prevents a restoration resting on a base that cannot carry it.

  • As-built surveys of affected structures and recording of their deviations before restoration solutions are set.
  • Assessment of what is strengthened and what is replaced, and what can be used without intervention.
  • Restoration of damaged schools, service facilities and residential buildings.
  • Rehabilitation of infrastructure elements damaged by the war.
  • Preventive maintenance and comprehensive rehabilitation of buildings and facilities.
  • Execution by specialised engineering and technical staff to approved standards.
04

Engineering supply and logistics

Equipping the site with what it needs.

  • Engineering and civil equipment such as water tanks of various capacities.
  • Electrical devices and equipment.
  • Solar power systems and accessories.
  • Administrative materials and supplies for work sites.
